I don’t watch much television, so when I do find the time to plop in front of the tube, it better be good. Which is why I’m so happy to report that Revenge Body with Khloé Kardashian is back for a second season! The Los Angeles sunlight is just the thing to get you through these last dregs of winter, and the moving stories will keep you motivated to stay at the gym.
The Kardashians are a no-no in our house, but I sneak this show during a quiet lunch or an indulgent afternoon, and it brings me so much motivation and happiness. I’ve talked all about why I like it here, but if you don’t have the time to read my full assessment (don’t worry, it’s Kardashian-length), I wanted to let you know that each episode is still just as good and just as uplifting as I remembered it. Who doesn’t like to see people transform, dig deep, lose weight, and come through the other end a happier, more whole person? I know I do!
Here’s a little taste…
I occasionally like junk food, which is essentially what this show is for me – the equivalent of a gooey chocolate chip cookie hot out of the oven. So grab a snack, and start watching!
