While I’m awaiting the recovery of a failed SD card full of photos from Japan (more on that disaster later!) and before gearing up for my next writing projects (my latest short story is here!), I wanted to share some photographs I took that celebrate the simplicity of the fall season. The shortness of autumn always breaks my heart, so don’t mind as I try to hold on to its lasts dregs, savoring the remaining crunchy brown leaves on the sidewalk.
